The Sam Rayburn Municipal Power Agency is a municipal power agency formed under the Texas Utilities Code for the purpose of supplying the wholesale electrical energy needs of its member cities, Jasper, Livingston, and Liberty, Texas. Since 1979, we have worked to supply our members with competitively priced energy in an ever changing market while, at the same time, looking ahead and planning for their future needs.
